In this series of videos, presented by James & Katie, we will be breathing, stretching and relaxing – perfect for winding down before bed, or for taking 10 minutes to recharge. Before the session, make sure you have nice comfy clothes on – a jumper and joggers would be perfect. You can also put a blanket and pillow next to you if you like, as we will be lying down on the floor. If you have a yoga mat you can roll out, fantastic. If not, you can use a towel or a blanket.
