We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Senior Drama Practitioner (Full-time 37.5 hrs pw, 12 month contract)

Senior Drama Practitioner (Part-time avg 22.5 hrs pw, 12 month contract)

Drama Practitioner (Part-time avg 30 hrs pw, 12 month contract)
The Drama Practitioner role is aimed at someone who is still in their early career. Applicants must be 22 and under. Although this is a trainee position (and development will be part of the role) applicants must have experience in and be confident in workshop delivery.

We are looking for practitioners with a variety of skills (across a wide range of age groups) or a keenness to expand and develop their own skillset and who are comfortable working in a variety of settings.  The majority of work will involve the practical delivery of youth theatre workshops, ‘Fest!’ performance projects, schools work, community outreach and early years work and as such will involve regular weekend and evening work.

We are looking for driven individuals who can demonstrate initiative and who will bring new ideas and energy to the artistic team, who are passionate about the aims of PACE as an organisation and who are motivated to deliver the best quality arts experiences for young people.
